1 General Terms & Conditions

240p (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "240p.bet") provides online betting services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 240p and its users ("you" or "user").

If it is found that a user opened an account while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited. The original deposited amount may be refunded at 240p's sole discretion.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

240p may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Arbitrage or system manipulation.
• Harassment of other users.

To close your account voluntarily, email us at support@240p.bet. Any remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled.

8 Limitation of Liability

240p is an entertainment platform. Betting always carries the risk of financial loss. 240p is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Bets or transactions placed due to user error.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

In the event of any dispute, 240p's decision will be considered final. However, users may appeal to our support team.
